By signing below, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Acknowledgement of Risk
   I understand and acknowledge that participation in recreational boating involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, illness, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate in this activity with full knowledge and acceptance of these risks.

2. Assumption of Risk
   I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and I assume full responsibility for my participation.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability
   I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless The Sea Bubble LLC, its owners, officers, agents, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates ("Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages related to any injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, that may result from or occur during my participation in the activity.

4. Medical Treatment Consent
   I consent to receive emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during the activity, and I release all persons involved from any liability for such decisions or actions.

5. Personal Responsibility
   I certify that I am physically fit to participate, and that I will comply with all safety instructions and policies. I am solely responsible for determining whether I am fit to participate and for any costs resulting from medical treatment or damage to personal property.

6. Binding Agreement
   This agreement shall be binding on me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I have read and fully understand this agreement and sign it voluntarily.
